SlayKallections.com does not accept returns. All sales are final.
Damages and issues
However, if an item arrives damaged or broken, customers are eligible for an exchange only within 48 hours of receiving the items. Consumers can contact us at info@slaykallections.com with their name and order number in the subject line, as well as a picture of the damaged or broken item. We will get back to the customer as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs/Exchanges
Customers are responsible for any shipping charges associated with their exchange. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The time it takes for the customer's exchanged product to arrive varies depending on where they live. We advise the consumer to utilize a trackable shipping carrier or purchase shipping insurance. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify the customer.
